Day 62: Treadmill

After I stopped taking ballet classes I soon realized if I wanted to maintain a healthy weight I needed to find a new form of exercise. We’d had a treadmill for a while, so I decided to start walking on it. I enjoyed it a lot and thought it was a great way to exercise so I still do it today!

If my schedule allows I try to walk for 30 minutes each day. I walk for 5 minutes at 2.5 mph, 20 minutes at 3 mph, and another 5 minutes at 2.5 mph to cool down. It’s great exercise, and enjoy doing it a lot!

Day 62: Thank you Lord for Treadmills, and giving me such an easy way to exercise!
