Day 220: Protein Bars

I majorly overslept this morning and didn’t have time for a real breakfast. Instead I had a protein bar which held me until lunch time. I really enjoy protein bars they taste good, and are a good quick snack if you need something, they usually hold you for a while too if you don’t have time for a real meal right then. I eat them for breakfast all the time if I’m in a hurry and/or I know I’m going to have a later lunch and don’t want to get hungry before.

Day 220: Thank you Lord for Protein Bars, they’re so wonderful when I need a quick snack.
